Collaborative application development and integration - Mercury’s efficient collaborative and iterative development approach combines Rapid Application Development (RAD) with Project Management Institute’s (PMI) process quality. Our Application Implementation methodology is fine tuned for a services organization focused on consulting solutions which incorporates focus on quality, risk management cost control and measurable output.
Program Management Expertise -Once a large-scale application development effort is kicked off with workshops, Mercury establishes a program office to orchestrate and integrate multiple concurrent steams of work to maintain change momentum and to deliver on commitments. Following a CMMi Level 5 maturity process, Mercury effectively manages solution delivery and effectively communicates with customers, partners, subcontractors, and technology vendors in demanding situations.
